Chief Executive – Lorna Bowling

Lorna has over 20 years’ experience of working with older people. She was previously Deputy manager of a 60 place Local Authority Day Centre.

Qualifications include Certificate of Basic Dementia Mapping (2012), Diploma in Dementia Studies – Bradford University (2010), Certificate in Education – Runshaw College (2007), A1 Trainer/ Assessor Award (2005), HNC Care Practice (2001).

Director and Company Secretary – Pat Albrow

Pat has over 15 years’ experience of working with older people. Has previously held administration roles in various large and small organisations.

Qualifications include NVQ Level 4 Leadership and Management in Care Services (2012), OCNW Level 4, stage I, Teaching (post compulsory education), NVQ Level 3 Social Care (promoting independence), NVQ Level 2 Business Administration (1994).

Deborah Turner – Senior Support Worker

Deborah has 15 years experience of working with older people in various roles including 5 years specializing in caring for older people with dementia.

Qualifications include NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care For Adults (2010), University of Sterling – Dementia Self Study Course for Health Care Assistants (2009), ASET Level 2 Certificate in Dementia Care (2007)

All Care support staff have relevant qualifications.  The ratio of Support Staff to service users at the moment is 1:3.
